Trademark Disputes

There are times when a trademark of another company may be confusing customers. We have experience in resolving these disputes through mediation or, if needed, through other forms of legal action, such as suits under the Lanham Act in federal court or through a dispute with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

International Registrations

The United States is a party to the Madrid Agreement and the Madrid Protocol which allows for marks within the United States to be registered with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Strachn Law can help register and protect your marks globally.
